Shipping Policy

At Hoop League, we offer shipping worldwide on all orders.

Regardless, all orders are dispatched with tracking numbers to help you monitor the journey to you. Our goal is to offer you the best delivery experience no matter where you live.

When your order is completed, you will receive your tracking number by email or text. This will also be available in your account. 

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing Time

Order verification and packaging:  All orders are sent to the warehouse for dispatch within 1-3 days after the order is placed. Most orders will be processed within 1 day but please allow the full 3 days to receive your tracking number.

Shipping Time

Domestic Shipping: deliveries in the US/Canada are completed within 5-15 business days.

International Shipping: international delivery usually takes 10-35 business days. We source and ship from multiple locations and therefore shipping times may vary.

Returns,Cancellations And Exchanges

Please contact for any requests within 7 business days of receiving your order. All items must be in new condition with the original tags. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. The returned item must be shipped within 14 business days of delivery in order to get a full refund/replacement.

 You can cancel your order and get a refund only if the order has not yet shipped. If the order has shipped, we will issue a refund after the package has been returned in its original condition (please note: return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer). We will only issue refunds within 30 days of the purchase.
